mixed feelings about this stay
poor maintenance broken umbrella
the location was good with easy access to nearby shops.
The room cleanliness was not acceptable. I saw dust on the balcony. the maid service only. queuing was frustrating, especially at the pool, and finding an umbrella that wasn't broken seemed like winning the lottery.

a dream holiday
good food refreshing drinks perfect size pools engaging staff
I visited with my beloved and our family and the experience was wonderful. The food was good. drinks were refreshing and the swimming pools were a perfect size. staff were engaging. We plan to return. it was quite clean and modern, with unique designs, furniture and amenities. the hotel offers many features like a gym, spa, game room, bar, beach towels, a nice pool and waterslides.
The elevators sometimes took longer than i expected, especially during peak hours. It caused minor delays, but the overall experience was still positive.

The reception staff handled check-in quickly and efficiently. The bartenders prepared cocktails with care, and the dining staff promptly cleared tables. every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to ensure i felt welcome. it was nice.

My room had a comfortable king-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. it also included a mini-fridge stocked with water and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. I found it relaxing.

The buffet offered a wide array of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with labeled allergens. i tasted fresh fruit smoothies, grilled meats, and vegetarian dishes. I particularly loved the fresh seafood. they had good cooks.

Mediocre stay. Some issues noted
slow service long wait
The location was fairly central. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible.
The evening entertainment felt repetitive. there was clearly not enough staff at the bar. The wait times to get a drink were unacceptable. I often waited over 15 minutes for service, frustrating when on vacation.

i stayed in a refurbished room with new flooring and beds. the second-floor pool view offered a great outlook. i found reception staff friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The room was a Double or Twin Room Pool View. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff members were friendly, a pleasure. The food selection each evening was wide, so I found good options every time.
